Booking

In order to organise the booking of computer rooms for teaching activities outside term time (for courses that have officially finished), the Computing Laboratory has launched a booking application for the computers it manages in Buildings C6 and A5.

This application allows students on all FIB courses to book workstations in order to develop their practical work outside term time. The timetable is established with the students in mind, and a variety of criteria for use have been taken into account.

The booking window is fifteen days. In order to maintain the necessary coordination and to avoid clashes with students who have already booked the rooms, any booking request outside the established term time must by submitted to the Operations Service at least sixteen days in advance.

Since we understand this system could cause clashes in its implementation period, we will try to solve any problems arising in the coming month of June on an individual basis.
