Booking of rooms

The School of Informatics makes the following three rooms in the B6 Building available to students for booking:

• Conference Room
• Board Room
• Meeting Room

In order to book, please phone the Administration Office on 93 401 6964, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

These rooms can be booked for one-off events (conferences, teacher meetings, thesis defences, thesis corrections, etc.) but not for weekly or monthly events.

The FIB reserves the right to alter the booking priorities for these rooms if the School Board, Standing Committee, or other institutional body should require this.
