This term FIB students can consult the new technical and administrative service charter. This charter is the FIB's commitment to maintain high standards in the services it provides to students.
It is the result of a vocation for providing a quality service and a means of communication with our users, while encouraging their collaboration in the process of improving our service through any suggestions they may have.
