The FIB website is a system aimed at providing information to FIB members, and to make the School known to the rest of the world.

The Corner

The Corner is a restricted access area in the website, for use exclusively by FIB students, teachers and administration and service staff. Until recently, there were two Corners: the Teacher's Corner and the Student's Corner, which have now been merged into a single access area called simply The Corner.

Information for students

You must access the Corner with the same user name you have on all LCFIB environments and the same password you have for all systems. At the Student's Corner, you will find personal and confidential information (such as your personal transcript), information reserved for students enrolled on a particular subject (such as your half-term marks and official notices for the subjects), and useful public information for students.

You can contribute ideas and tools you feel could be incorporated into this service, by sending a message to webmasterfib.upc.edu.

Information for teachers

Teachers can access the Corner in two ways:

• Using the username corresponding to the name of the subject
• Using the UPC intranet username

If using the first method, teachers will have to contact the LCFIB in order to obtain their username and password. If using the intranet, they will have to contact the UPC ICT Customer Services (ATIC) directly.
