Support and technical problems.

Firstly, consult the frequently asked questions on the various systems, as it is very probable that the problem you are experiencing is already documented and solved. If this is not so, please send an e-mail to lcfibfib.upc.edu, and clearly state your question. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please give the following information:

  • the system or environment you were using when it happened (UNIX, PC, etc.)
  • the problematic command, program or utility
  • the specific error, if applicable.

You can include any other information that you feel could bear relation to the problem.

If you come across a computer that has a hardware problem, please contact the service staff or fill out the Following form.

For very brief questions, or if you have trouble sending the message, you can contact the nearest Operations Service.

  • Doubts about installing JDK programming environment.

If you have any doubts, you can:
